We were going through a mortgage application with another mortgage advisor which had a portion of gifted deposit. We quickly realised that he was not familiar with it and had to approach Adrian whom was very knowledgeable and was able get a good mortgage rate as the gifted deposit reduced the loan to value portion. When looking out for a home loan you need to be able to rely on someone you can trust to be able to present all the options available and give you the right information to make the right decisions.
