I am now happily moved into my first home with the help of Community Mortgage Services. I could not fault this company and I have already recommended them to friends and family. I am a first time, self employed buyer, I knew very little about the process and wasn't even sure I could get a mortgage but using CMS felt like I had somebody with me every step of the way. Matthew is very personable and great at explaining things in a way that made it so easy to understand. I was kept in the loop throughout, emails/calls responded to without delay and I'm so impressed with their proactive approach. Amazing! You've made a daunting process seem like a breeze. Matthew was extremely helpful in supporting us through a particularly difficult house purchase with lots of complications around our mortgage. We couldn't have done it without him and his advice and prompt response to e-mails meant the conveyancing process kept ticking over. Thank you again, will be back when our mortgage is up for renewal!
