As first time buyers we underestimated the process off buying a house and once we had the offer accepted to purchase a house, did not have a clue what to do next in regards to getting a mortgage. Not only did he keep us calm, he support us through uncertain times and never lost hope. He found us a great deal for our situation, taking into account the current market rates.
