As first time buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns which were always addressed very quickly and explained in a way which was clear and easy to understand. He also made sure to follow up on anything that we raised. Ian sorted our mortgage, fees, solicitors and life insurance with extreme efficiency and professionalism.
