        The whole process just felt extremely rushed, hair was washed with cold water with intermittent bursts of warm water. mentioned this to to the hairdresser who said they were running out of hot water? Paying 97 for a hair cut youd expect warm water as the bare minimum. I had a cut and a blow dry by a senior stylist, was not asked how Id like my hair to be styled (normal blow dry, curly blow). When the senior stylist had finished with my hair she rushed off to see another client. Another junior member of staff had to take over to put curls into my very flat blow dry. Overall very disappointed - Ive had better hair cuts and experiences at salons half the price. For the price you pay, the level of service is no where near matched.
