Very pleasent experience. The car was in perfect shape, pick up/drop off really fast. No issues what so ever. I really enjoyed the proposed car upgraded provided. A big thumbs up! Thank you guys.

As with many other potential clients of this company I feel there level of customer focus is unbelievable. If it seems to good to be true it usually is. I booked a focus for the weekend at Liverpool airport through Drivalia. On arrival I went to pay only to be told that they couldn't accept my company credit card. Incidentally I have used that with Enterprise, Europcar and Hertz over the last 5 years including 5 business rentals this year. I asked how much they required to be paid and how much deposit to cover the excess. I was told that they would need 1500 so I transferred that to my personal account and offered up my debit card only to be told that I would have to pay extra insurance at an additional cost of 105. I asked why as I would be depositing the whole excess amount with them, which would cover any accident I had. I was then informed only to be told it was company policy and if I didn't pay I wouldn't have the car. I wasn't the only one there today in the same boat. One poor guy was stuck with no extra money to pay what would have been another 300 or another Swedish couple who just paid their extra 100 odd quid. I refused, told the rude, inflexible, unhelpful, jobsworth where to stick his booking walked the 15 minutes back to the airport, ordered a car with Europcar. Who took my company card, upgraded me and was not that much more in the end. Never again will I use this shower. In line with the other replies from Drivalia. I know you don't care that I'm unhappy with my experience. I also know that you won't do a thing to improve your service. I'm just warning people not to use your company, which could never be described as a service. Go Europcar instead *** As predicted a very quick automated reply. To be fair if you read the reviews and had an ounce of decency you would sort out your problems which seem to have been going on for years. So much so that you felt it necessary to change your company name. Crack on but you won't be getting another penny of my money or that of anyone I know
