State of the art technology combined with outstanding customer service... It truly is GIANT-TASTIC! Callum really knows his business. 6 months ago I moved all my services to GIANT who are not just supplying me with super-fast 4G broadband and Voip telecoms technology, but also back everything up with a truly outstanding and most reliable customer service. If I need to ask a technical question or any want information about upgrading to new products (which I have recently done) - within moments of making a call to GIANT helpline I am speaking to the sales team, without having to wait for hours on hold or get transferred to another country as this the case with my past supplier. GIANT also has a full online support centre as well as a 24/7 messaging service and they will call you back on request. This really is a wonderful new and most professional company for me to be dealing with at a time where trusted and reliable customer services are hard to find.
