        I have used Ian twice now - as a first time buyer to get my first mortgage and again recently to remortgage. Both times Ian has gone above and beyond to get the best deal possible. Ian is obviously very knowledgeable but also very personable and would often contact us outside normal working hours to update us on our progress and to also reassure us. I would highly recommend Ian and will definitely use him again in the future.
