Had an appointment Saturday 22nd April for tattoo removal. As always I was extremely happy with my appointment overall. The reception staff were very welcoming and professional as always, offering me a coffee on arrival. The treatment itself was explained thoroughly and all my questions and concerns were dealt with in a very caring and professional manner. I cannot thank or praise the staff at Rachel Hunter enough. I've been going to Rachel Hunter for a few years, but I've never left a review until now. Jodie did a wash and blow dry on my hair, and I loved it! Jodie is professional, calm, and genuinely friendly, and I always feel at ease with her. Jodie is consistently excellent, so I trust her to do a great job. My hair looks so healthy!
