        Will lure you in with a great quote, require you to pay the first month upfront and then cancel your insurance at the underwriting process. They will keep $50 of your payment as a fee after providing no service whatsoever. Awful company and shady business practice.

        They insure cars, what's to review.... Never made a claim so don't really know how the claim handling works. Little bit more expensive than I would like but does include extras that would be good in the event of a claim.

        I had a really nice experience with Novo Insurance. My car had to go in the garage for repairs, they have done everything for me, I didn't have to do anything at all. Very contactable, emails/phone calls were replied to straight away. I had updates on the parts for my car and possible repair dates every couple of days and didn't have to worry about anything. I will 100% recommend! Special thanks to Oliver, Nathan and Jessica- you were the best.
