Youre a small hire company, the Warrington branch is probably cable of holding two cars at any given time. I doubt you had trouble finding who I was until I gave the registration. I wanted a bigger vehicle? Thats news to me. As I had a larger vehicle when I first hired with you and I wanted to swap it for a smaller vehicle so how does that work? An apparently you offered a larger vehicle and my company wasnt prepared to pay extra for it? Just stop lying. The booking was booked by myself on the Nexus portal and doesnt require any authorisation by my company, no alternate vehicle was offered until I off hired. Dont waste youre time with this company, Id stick to the more established and larger hirer companies.

probably a good company however they seem to park their vans all over the industrial estate i work on and take up most of the parking making it a struggle for the ones who work down here to park, get a bigger unit/yard please

We've rented quite a few vehicles from Munaf and his team in Leicester. On Friday, I called at around 10am, and by 12am they had the LWB van cleaned, prepped and ready for us. Munaf always looks after us, and Connor was very helpful on the phone initially. Great service, would highly recommend.
