The customer service turned a tricky situation into an absolute success! I made a last minute order for a car sized white roll (photogrpahy backdrop) which is an excellent product. Though it was due to arrive the next day, it wasn't looking likely so I made a call to customer service. I was put through to Sarah who swiftly dealt with the situation, tracking the delivery, dispatching a new next day AM delivery and chasing up the manager of the delivery company. The sadly the next day delivery didn't work out so we were on the last day and I really needed the product to arrive. Sarah made a few calls to the delivery management again and just in the nick of time, the product arrived. I probably wouldn't have had my equipment in time for the shoot if it wasn't for Sarah's hard work with chasing up the delivery and I'm really grateful for this.

Really disappointed in the service. Ordered a 1.35m seamless paper for next day delivery for a commercial shoot. A 9 ft roll arrives that I can't fit in my car. I called straight away and explained the issue and that was needed urgently as I'd stated on the initial order. There was some issue with finding the order and wasn't called back for two hours to be told they could send the correct order for the next day which is then too late. As nice as the apology was, I now have to let down my client with two hours less notice than I could have given them, lost income and faith in what is supposed to be a reliable service for professionals.

I found this company totally by accident looking for backdrop rolls. Many of the companys I had been using over the years no longer stock the popular colours and like many other photographers in the U.K. I had become desperate. Not only do they have a vast selection, but just the perfect replacements with super speedy delivery. And not that far from me either!
