Excellent customer service from my eye test through to my choosing the right lenses and frames. I would like to thank Mr Mehta for actively listening to my needs enabling me to see the world through fresh clear lenses. I feel like a new woman. The staff gave a warm friendly and engaging welcome making me feel at ease and very supportive and helpful throughout my journey.

Amazing service, very thorough and very efficient. My new glasses and sun glasses are a joy to wear thanks to th expertise of Nilesh Mehta who made the usual experience far more enjoyable.

I was looking to get a comfortable pair of varifocals and having previously gone to a high street chain and not being totally satisfied, thought I would try Willowbrook Eye Care, based on the positive online reviews. I was made to feel very welcome by the staff when I first entered the shop. Mr Meta conducted a very thorough eye examination and explained things in a very professional manner and filled me with confidence that I had made a good choice. He discussed in detail, my choice of frames, explaining why certain frames were better for my prescription, which necessitated more complex lenses. On collection of my glasses, Mr Meta demonstrated the same attention to detail and care as in my earlier appointment. I was very happy with the care and service I received in the testing of my eyes and the subsequent fitting of the glasses and would have no qualms recommending Mr Meta and his team.
