Absolutely amazing from start to finish! The whole mortgage application was smooth and easy - mainly down to Joannes great communication throughout. She kept us updated on where we were at all times and made sure we had all the right information required to fulfil our mortgage. Our mortgage & protection advisor Tom Bell was the best. He was really professional and made the whole process feel easy. I talk to Germaine back in January; I explained my situation and she said she would call me in February. It's already May and I'm still waiting for her call. I also emailed her once and I never got a reply. This company might work well with those who already have all the money to get into a propertly ladder but definitely they seem to ignore those who need to wait a bit to get into it. I've got a full time job now (I knew in January I would get it) and I'm already dealing with another advisor from other company.
