        I had an internal wall removed to open up the kitchen and dining rooms previously, but in order to get sign off from building regs, I needed a structural engineer to provide beam calculations for building control. A date to come and visit my property was quickly booked in by Armen with the report completed shortly afterwards all for a competitive price. We did receive sign off with no issues as well so I would recommend!

        We needed a Structural Survey Urgently due to 8 weeks being wasted by other companies. Moundhir came to the RESCUE taking a phone call out of hours listening intuitively and within the same week coming out on site and completing the survey. We have been overwhelmed by the dedication of work and professionalism. I would recommend Armen Firman for their quality of work, speed and most of all Moundhir is a very polite individual who really does go the extra mile. Thank you very much for all your help and support. Highly recommend :)
