New boiler installed on Monday with this company... it's so quiet and efficient. I have relied upon this company to do repairs on my old boiler for years, I always find them friendly, helpful and below the price of their competitors.

Quick and cheap swap on a broken part on our boiler. Came to fix same day, friendly, on time and below quoted price, boiler working again same day. Top marks for this company

Knowledgeable and reliable local gas engineer. Steve has been servicing my boiler for the last 5 years or so, the price is always great, parts are always cheap, when they need to be replaced. The boiler works like clockwork all year round because of the good annual service. I am always very happy with the customer service and know I am in safe hands and happy my boiler will work for the coming year.

Nice guy and prompt service but charged 45 and didn't resolve the problem. Came out again and changed a part charging a further 150. He advised that if the boiler failed again we would be better ringing Worcester Bosch as they do a fixed price repair for 350. Less than an hour after he had gone the boiler failed again. I contacted Worcester Bosch who charged 275 for a fixed price repair. They came out promptly, changed various parts including the one previously changed by Rose Boiler Repairs and left us with a perfectly working boiler. The parts replaced by Worcester Bosch also have a 12 month guarantee. I opted for what I thought was going to be a cheap repair that ended up costing me 470. The most annoying thing is that the guy from Rose didn't offer any kind of guarantee or even leave a receipt.
