        I cannot praise FLEX enough, having been to other chiropractors with no success After only 2 sessions with Ian at FLEX my lower back problem is sorted. Very proffesional and informative during treatment. Would recommend.

        If there are any parents out there needing physio for their child and you need someone who will care about your child, you need look no further than Flex and the wonderful physiotherapists Lisa and Kaytie (although all of the staff are really kind and welcoming!). We have been using Flex for over a year and the treatment has been amazing! We have gone from having a little girl entirely unable to move to a little girl who can almost walk by herself, crawl, bend and so many other things. The progress made in one short hour per week really is amazing. We couldn't have got here without Lisa! Not only that, but Lisa cares about her patients and is kind and patient with them and our girl loves coming to play with Lisa! Thank you all for everything :) Tara and Hattie

        After months of knee pain Kaytie fixed me in 6 short weeks. Flex health staff are all friendly and knowledgeable I wouldnt go anywhere else now.
