Would be have been a 5 star review but for the lack of disabled access upto the party area. Plus no safety gate at top of the stairs to stop toddlers from falling down the stairs. Other than that the kids and adults enjoyed it very much. it very much

We come to gravity quite regularly as my children are v.i.b members. The staff here are Brilliant, really interact with the children. A special thank you to fern, who last time we visited, my daughter was the only one on the park and she spent the session playing games with my daughter so she wasn't lonely. Would highly recommend the v.i.b membership, great value for money, my daughter comes a few times a week and loves it.

It was ok, came today for my son's birthday for the money it is expensive and one of the main areas not working I feel it was very over priced. Staff are lovely and friendly but the whole place is very disorganised. Was a huge party beforehand that was a massive strain and seemed to take priority. Not enough staff on check in desk and those that were were having to help people complete waviers .... Waited over 15mins to check in, but was quick once I was seen as I had sorted waviers in advance. I did though book a 2 hour jump and only given wrist bands for one hour so kids were made to come off and then I was sent to go queue again which I felt was poor due to being their error and when I complained they were losing time I'd paid for a member of staff did sort it a bit quicker. Overall not bad and the kids enjoyed it but for the cost I do feel it could be much better and should be discounted with parts being closed for a while, there are much better trampoline parks for the money
