        Once Leonie, and then Laura, got on the case they saved my sanity. After initial hiccups they both dealt with my buy and sell conveyancing efficiently and with humour and patience.

        Cannot recommend Jemma Tonkiss at Brewer Wallace enough, we had one house purchase fall though through no fault of our own, we then had a very right schedule to work to on the new house, Jemma pulled out all the stops to ensure we completed in time for The mortgage offer expiry despite other parties in the chain being quite difficult and slow, she pushed and pushed and I genuinely believe we would have lost our dream home and if not for Jemma goof. Above and beyond. I would highly recommend .

        last year I bought a house and my solicitor was Joe Brewer . I'd like to say when I bought the house my solicitor didn't send any searches and the report for the property before I go to buy this house, it's been a year and he still declined to send me them .when I sent him an email and I asked him if I can speak to his Senior he said to me there is not any senior there is just his dad. And then I had some issues with the house which I could avoid them if he let me know before.
