well after what social services did to my family 11 years ago, i cannot say that it was very fair to be honest. the social had already made the case against my mother and told her that me and my younger sister were to be taken away and put up for adoption. but 6 months later she was deemed a good mother but still was not allowed to have me and my sister back. the social did not give any of us any support and the social worker i had at the time (Claire Winters ) made everyones life difficult and didnt offer the support when we needed it , she limited the time we were allowed to spend with our mother and we could only meet up with her with social workers present in a controlled environment when we could meet up with the rest of the family in any place and without social workers. so overall i would say that this service really needs to clean its self up
