        My Stannah lift was serviced yesterday by Luke and as usual he did a first class job arriving on time as arranged and leaving everything, neat and tidy. I am totally reliant on Stannah and their regular service leaves me feeling safe and secure.

        My Sister had a stair lift and right from the start she was having a few teething problems ofwhich they did resolve the issues promptly. My problem with this company is that the last time they were called out to what my sister thought was another issue with her chair, turned out to be a simple fix and now they are trying to charge her 150 call out charge!. She explained to them she is a single disabled mom with 2 children and they were like ok monthly payments is fine lol
