The BEST experience - we had a last minute change of plans that saw us basically in the lurch and Structural Surveys Ltd went above and beyond to help and sort it all out. From the moment I got in touch with them to having the inspection completed, everyone was brilliant! Cannot recommend them enough! I'd give 10 stars if there were 10 to give!

Working for a national landlord, I have used Structural Surveys Ltd on several occasions now on properties across the UK, each time the inspection has been carried out in a timely manner by a fully qualified and knowledgeable professional. The reports are comprehensive and easy to follow as are the recommendations. Prices are reasonable and the employees are friendly, prompt, attentive and easy to get hold of. I would recommend Structural Surveys Ltd to anyone who has a concern about the structural integrity of a property or who requires a survey for purchasing/remortgaging

Excellent service and very thorough. We ourselves were given this company as a recommendation and we are so happy with the service provided. From start to finish we got all our questions satisfied. The booking was quick and easy and the actual survey was done to detail. Definitely recommend this company for full structural engineer report

Great professional service from this team all delivered in the timeframe which we was given at the outset. The engineer took on all the queries/comments we had and incorporated them into our calculations. Would definitely use these again and recommend to others.
