Andrew provided a first class service and excellent design for our extension. He guided us through the panning issues we had and successfully appealed our first application. We now have a great additional space to our house in Hythe. We would recommend 100% Andrew's skill and professional approach.

Andrew was very easy to deal with, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He also made some great suggestions to tweak things in the design that I wouldn't have thought about. He was great during the planning process and gave us lots of advice. He is very quick to respond and his communication is always excellent. I would have no problem in recommending Andrew - he does a great job.

We instructed Andrew as an architect to design a home for development on land at the rear of our property. He happily worked within the constraints of the plot and also our budget, listening to our needs and providing suggestions to help us realise our aims. Calm, patient and knowledgable, he guided us through both the design stage and the pre-planning and planning applications. Sadly, our planning application was turned down but, undaunted, Andrew helped pursue the planning appeal and also an appeal for our costs. We are delighted to say that, with his help, we won both! We highly recommend Andrew and will certainly use his services again in the future - he is a joy to work with.

After two previously failed attempts at trying to obtain planning permission for a new build on a very challenging and constrained site, Andrew Walters succeeded where others had failed. His optimism, professionalism, knowledge and experience all help towards me rediscovering the enthusiasm I needed to achieve my vision. There was not a question he could not answer or a situation he had not had some experience of. We had been told in the past by our local authority, that a dwelling could never be built on the plot of land, but Mr Walters proved that to be wrong. My wife and I are forever grateful and would recommend Andrew to anyone, who cares to listen. The man performs miracles, as witnessed by my wife, during a conversation with her father.
