They are an excellent letting agency. They have amazing houses with modern facilities. They treated me well as their tenant for more than 2 years. I did want to leave their property but I had to due to changes in my circumstances. I fully recommend them.

This is one of the worst letting companies I've had managing my investment's , They sub let properties with out informing landlord's not just once but up to 2/3 sub let's on the same property then charge landlord's for work that they have not done or finished to a poor standard charging ridiculous rates for poor unprofessional work. Don't be fooled by there win win situation for everyone talk and you'll get your property back in a better condition after the end of your agreement trust me you don't and they shy away from any outstanding work after the agreement... keep away from these fraudsters..Don't listen to there cunning and wonderfull claims and get trapped.

EisenRock (Live and Let Rent) have been managing my property for almost 4 years now, and their service and professionalism has been first class. Their administration is very efficient, and they deal with problems that arise quickly and efficiently. They are polite and friendly and very easy to get on with. I am astonished that anyone could write a poor review about this company, because my experience has been second to none.
