Honestly Kelly is so brilliant at what she does! We will be booking our cat back in at the end of the month for her belly clip and the works, before going to Kelly our girl hated water with a passion now she tries to jump in the sink and cries for us to turn the water on our cat always looks and smells amazing after one of her sessions here and I love how secure the property is with all of the precautions in place, not only is Kelly qualified but she's award winning and will try to help educate you on the coat care your pet needs, she also works to understand each of her clients and their behaviours to improve their experience with being groomed and I think that extra care and consideration is incredibly important.
