Liam Jones - Mortgage Adviser

Liam has provided us with confidence in mortgage advisors again. We contacted Liam to help us due to some bad advice we got from another mortgage lender that had cost us financially. Liam answered all of our questions with no trouble and we learnt knew things we never knew about the processes. It was clear from the outset that Liam was very professional, friendly and thorough and knew what he was doing. He explained all of the processes of what a mortgage advisor does, went through any mortgage terms so we knew what they meant, and was efficient throughout. He spent his personal time out of hours helping us secure the deal we needed to remortgage just so we could get the better rate. If you are looking for a mortgage advisor that knows his stuff, is approachable and will go above and beyond then Liam is the person to go to and someone you can trust to ensure the client is getting the best deal. Liam is very knowledgeable and down-to-earth, no question is too silly and he always gets back to our emails promptly. We could not have done this without him - from all his thorough research, to giving the solicitors a nudge to ensure we were able to complete on time. Brilliant experience with Liam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He responded quickly to all of my emails and explained everything so I could understand it easily.
