Good place to keep your goods. Friendly staff always happy to help. You can access your storage at anytime even in the middle of night which is very helpful sometimes. Easy to enter site, just need one fob key. Highly recommended

Its hard to put into words the total lack of care for customers. So Im keeping it short and sweet. Minus 1 star for chasing me for payment when I paid a year in advance Minus 1 star for chasing me for insurance when documents had already been supplied Minus 1 star trying to put up prices from 110 to 187 a month with no notice ! Minus 1 star for the disjointed mess between the call centre and local store as well as calling me to sign a contract when I have already given my notice. As a result of the mess Safestore locked access to my unit even though there were no monies outstanding! Please find somewhere else if you can or you will regret it. They remind me of NCP, old fashioned company that just wants your money. In response to Safestores response. There was never any misunderstanding about my account. You chased a good customer for monies and insurance they didnt owe in an aggressive manner. You raised the cost almost 100 percent without any conversation. I only discovered it after opening my regular invoice. Thats a huge rise. Your response was as part of our ongoing review we have determined the price will rise. No discussion. The store manager was the person chasing me in the first 2 instances described. So it doesnt make sense that the manager wasnt aware. The time to rectify issues is when they are raised by the customer not after you have had a bad public review. I happily moved my items out early with no intention of moving them back in PS Does anyone get any parking there anymore?!
