Barratt Homes - Deram Parke

This development should be called a Warwick university students village. Most of the houses there are occupied by university students. People buy homes there as an investment. Not suitable for families.

Didn't like the fact that basically the house you can view is full optionals but the house you could have for the "base price" is basically naked bricks. I was speechless knowing that the turf was not included.

There is no support from Barratt on the repairs when you buy a house. They have a very unprofessional contractors like Neil Shacklock. I requested a cork replacement (corroded) and they left me with a leak. I was waiting for the visit over a month. When I reported back to them that this was messed up, told me to come back to Barratt ad arrange through them again. Terrible. When you buy, you got no support. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Nicely presented houses with way more priced than you expect. The staff employed are not knowledgeable enough to answer all your queries and sometimes leaves you in a dilemma whether to proceed with buying. Once the deal is finalised, you will realise the tone of the sales advisors change, they will stop caring more about you and would ignore your calls frequently. In terms of quality of house they are good
