Just received summerhouse, very pleased with it, great workmanship, lovely company to deal with, and no money changes hands until item is delivered and installed. Recommended.

We have purchased two items from Sailsbury's. The first was a Pent shed, which was excellent. The second was a Potting shed which is awful. Issues are: Poor finish, Stain/finish missing leaving exposed untreated softwood, Nails sticking out, Warped wood, Doors not aligned due to ill-fitting slide bolts, Window opener incorrectly fitted. For a 6' x 6' unit at 900 I expected better. An e-mail with numerous photographs has been ignored! Their communication skills leave a vast amount to be desired, both during the ordering process and throughout the build. As much as I like to deal with local independent suppliers, the only way to differentiate themselves is by service and quality and Jon Sailsbury has let himself down! Purchase with caution!
