        There are not enough words to fully express for all the help and support Jeanette gave to us when my dear Mum sadly passed away in November, Nothing was ever to much trouble, the care, compassion and respect shown and help to us as a family by Jeannette was nothing but outstanding from start to finish and the detail and support given at this very sad time.         Had an excellent experience at Daventry Road. Paul was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. After losing both my mother in law and father in law within 12weeks of each other, we saw Paul who went through everything with us with empathy and compassion. He dealt with both funerals and would like to say a huge thanks to him for making a difficult process seem very easy. Strongly recommend
