I had a preliminary chat with Marta Reina-Grau to discuss possible options of bringing my mother to the U.K. Marta was so lovely and patient despite initial technical difficulties. Extremely knowledgeable about the specific direction I could look to take. I do have a sense of clarity now that was most definitely lacking and will look to take next steps as soon as possible.
