Went into this store today and was served by Olivia, we must have picked the worst time to go in because it was busy but she managed to squeeze us in to try some speakers and was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable

Quick service from both Richer Sounds Cambridge & their courier who delivered our new 55 inch OLED TV. Richer Sounds advised courier could unbox & assemble base on TV for 50 additional cost, which was paid. However, no assembly instructions came with TV & two man courier team laid the TV face down to attach base then manhandled it onto TV stand. After subsequently downloading a user manual for the TV found warning therein that TV should NOT be laid down otherwise internal circuitry damage may occur. Manual has diagram showing TV being placed vertically on base & then securing bolts being installed. Fortunately, TV does not appear to have been damaged. Nevertheless, Richer Sounds should ensure their courier knows how to correctly assemble & handle OLED TVs which have thin delicate display panels. Otherwise very pleased with sound & picture quality from Panasonic TX55LZ2000B OLED TV. This has displaced a retained 14 years old 42 inch Panasonic Plasma TV that still gives a very good HD picture. The TX55LZ2000B is rather limited on apps, eg no TennisTV, so still have to connect a ROKU 3 to make the smart TV Smarter. Further to my initial review Richer Sounds quickly acknowledged need to update training of their courier on assembly of tvs. Customer service has been exemplary so would highly recommend Richer Sounds.
