My elderly dog needed dental treatment, I got a quote - they were half the price of my old vets. At the dental consult Nik the vet / owner identified my dog was on the wrong meds for joint disease and weight lost needed addressing. This was quite a different experience than what I was used to, he proactively approached my dog's health and was afraid to say what he thought. I needed to hear that! he raised his concerned and explained in detail why. Over the last 6 weeks, my dog has had her dental op and changed her medication for joint disease. Since, she's gained weight, and although her joint condition is degenerative, she is much happier and in less pain. The surgery's communication is excellent and the care and attention towards my dog is outstanding. The front of house team are very motivated to do an excellent job and I can feel the surgery work well as a team. They have a very uncomplicated admin processes, no fuss or delays - they handle all my insurance claims quickly. The prices are much more affordable too. For example a urine test 17, old vets 39. When animals age they need more medical attention, owners need more high quality affordable animal veterinary care like VFP's. Thank you so much team, you've given me confidence as an owner and helped make my dog feels happier and more comfortable in her old age. You've made me feel that my dog is a valued client.
