        We were very impressed with the replacement VIESSMANN boiler, Craig was very efficient and professional. We had minimum disruption in the two days of fitting. Craig gave us detailed information on how the new system works and everything was done in a clean and tidy manner.

        My boiler broke down in the middle of winter 3 years ago and Craig fitted a new one the same week. Since then, if I have ever had a problem, mostly due to my ignorance, he would answer quickly and put my mind at rest. Nathan serviced my boiler on Friday 3rd February. He was polite and friendly and even opened a jar of jam that I had been struggling with for 3 days! Thank you Nathan. Jean
