I couldnt rate Kelly any higher. When my beautiful Westies groomer in Nailsea stopped doing Saturday appointments I had a worrying time finding a groomer for my elderly family member Hollie. Fortunately, a friend and colleague mentioned his wife had a grooming business. After visiting Kellys very professional set up, I realised it was perfect for Hollie. Unlike some groomers, dogs were groomed on an individual basis meaning that the environment was very calm and stress free

I have 3 Cocker Spaniels and they have all been very nervous of being groomed, but love going to Kelly as she is very gentle with them and gives them time, so they feel they are having a lovely pamper. They always look and smell lovely when I pick them up.

Dougie loved Kelly from the second they met... and he is very particular about who he allows to touch him. I always feel calm and happy leaving him there because I know he will be too. I highly recommend Kelly she is excellent at her job and genuinely cares about her customers (people and dogs)
