Highly recommend Advantage FS! Everyone we interacted with (Dan & James) was so helpful and took the time to explain everything clearly to us and answer all of our questions. Not only is going through the process of buying a house stressful and daunting, but myself and my sibling were also navigating grief alongside all of that. Dan was compassionate and clear from the get go. He kept us in the loop, was very quick to respond and was patient with us while it took us a little longer sometimes to reply / send information through. He made us feel reassured that he had everything in order and steered us throughout the process, even when it handed over to the solicitors, he was still checking in. James was also a pleasure to deal with when it came to getting the right insurance in place for us; we really felt in safe hands! Grateful to them both for making something initially terrifying, a pleasant experience.
