111 referred me to Fireclay, Fireclay referred me to a minor walk in. Walk in referred me back to Fireclay. I know the NHS is under a lot of pressure atm but integral information was not passed on which has left me stuck between a rock and a hard place. If you need an injury looked at you HAVE TO make it to the walk in within 2 weeks. My knees almost double the size of my healthy knee and I got turned away from south mead minors (which was recommend) without them even looking at it. (It would have been useful if the reception staff had passed on that timing information) The emergency appointment was over the phone and rather than asking questions about the injury more time was spent discussing why they cant see me. I get it... youre flat out but so am I and Im not even getting paid a living wage, I contacted you because I have an injury that needs addressing. With the constant cuts information is key. You could have perhaps referred me to some decent online resources rather than spending so much time trying to explain that there is currently no way to book an appointment.

Actually in and out before my appointment time, easy parking, can't fault it
