Fantastic company, I run a fleet of vehicles for the last 18 year and there a breath fresh air quick to reply to emails / message as they understanding when a van of the road its costing my company money.. and even beater they come to you and since we been using them for the last 2 months on a number of job the prices they give our honest would highly recommend! Started off great by coming out to see the car to diagnose a problem where car wouldn't start, but no luck, then return for another attempt and still no diagnosis. They leave the engine in bits and after multiple contact's and many weeks of trying and patiently waiting they never returned only to be told 4 weeks later that there was a family issue and cannot come back as they have other jobs to do. Clearly do not want to take on any challenging jobs so don't bother calling these guys. They promise a lot but deliver very little and have extremely poor communications. I've waited almost 2mths before writing this review, so they had plenty of time to redeem themselves. Simple straightforward tasks, yeh, call them, but anything that requires thought and investigation then go elsewhere and save yourself the time and headache.
