I have used Capstone twice in the last eighteen months - Claire Speake for conveyancing and Matt Wright for drawing up wills. I found both to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, good at communicating and pleasant to work with. At no point did I have anything other than full confidence in their ability to do a good job, and both did! Even though they are far from local to me, Capstone will be my first choice when I need a solicitor again.

Highly recommended. Efficient and personable service. We've worked with Claire Speake on three house purchases (one to completion, two to exchange) and a house sale. She is a dream to work with. Incredibly experienced, efficient, knowledgeable, supportive and personable. She helped us so much through our first experience of buying and selling which was hugely valuable for us. She never misses a thing, kept on top of the process, had great relationships with other solicitors and our estate agents. When we had two purchases fall through at exchange she did all she could to challenge those decisions but when ultimately that wasn't possible she was entirely compassionate. We will always go to Capstone, and Claire, for future purchases and sales.
