        Buying insurance can be stressful, especially for imported. My insurance was up for renewal and after shopping around with other Brokers I decided to stick with Mark Richards, firstly because they did their best to get me a better deal and secondly because their customer service was excellent in comparison to a certain broker, which swayed me massively to go with their quote. Simone the call handler was extremely helpful and professional. Thank you

        Very helpful staff but I managed to get a much better insurance quote at Churchill who also started a chatting service online which is very useful instead of the long waiting on the phone.
