Bartek is wonderful and understands exactly what I want my hair to look like. Fantastic advice and ideas. He has transformed my dishevelled locks with perfectly scattered highlights, toners and a fabulous chop. The colour of my blonde hair is very important to me and Bartek suggests and uses toners to achieve an end result that I love. I've found my go-to hairdressers! I've been to many in Bristol, but have never had a haircut this flattering. They did an amazing job with my colour also.

At last! A salon that understands and loves curly hair! I visited McQueens for the very first time today, despite having lived in Bristol for decades. Well.what took me so long?The accolades are well-deserved. Emma is indeed a sorceress. My curl ( that was dwindling and diminishing due to hormones and heat appliances) is back - and not just back, but almost as good as the 90s. I saw her do things with scissors ( on my hair) that Id nowt seen before. Loved it. Bartek gave my hair fabulous post-cut love.. and hes dyeing it tomorrow. Cant wait. Ive stumbled upon my new hair home. And it was there all this time! Service: Hairstyling

McQueens is without a doubt the best hair salon in Bristol. Its an institution in this City. Effortlessly run by the brilliant Emma, who never fails to give you a boost from just being in her presence. Shes got a brilliant team around her - especially Bartek and Beth who create a friendly and welcoming environment. As a customer, Emma took time to understand my needs, and consistently delivers exceptional results. As a result, I have grown to love my hair rather than hating it.
