Went to the Legion for the brother-in-law's wake. Val was excellent in sorting the booking and making sure we had no problems. Nothing was too much trouble. A thankyou also to Jade for supplying flowers which set the tables off. The food from Rachel's buffet was very good. Overall the prices for the hall, the drinks and the food were very reasonable. All the staff supplied friendly and excellent service making it a stress free afternoon. Thank you to everyone.

We had my grandad-in-laws wake at the Legion. We were so happy with the service from booking & choosing the hall, to the day of the wake when everything was sorted for us as soon as we got there. The prices are very reasonable. Another thanks to Rachels buffet who did an amazing job with the buffet. Everything was so easy to create the best suited menu for the day. Overall it was a great service from the legion. Would definitely recommend to others.

Went there for a wake. Comfortable room, friendly staff. Car Park could do with resurfacing... loads of potholes.
