Great service! I had a couple of spacers missing from a self-installed bottom bracket, and dropped in to see if Cycling Position could help. They did indeed - they kindly rummaged through their spare BB parts bin and come up trumps. Thank you!

Picked up my new bike from James & Becks yesterday. They managed to fit me in at short notice and spent so much time ensuring my new bike fitted me. James was great at ensuring I was happy with everything. The service from them both was brilliant, and they are also both really sound. I would definitely recommend anyone requiring a fitting, new bike or very cool biking gear to pop in. They also serve great coffee!

This is now my go to shop for repairs, staff are friendly and always willing to give advice, was told initially the repair would take a few days but after telling the owner I needed my bike for work he had it ready within the hour. Reasonably priced also. Would recommend to anyone in need of a repair in Bristol.

A wonderful bike shop. I've had 2 bikes fit here recently alongside a service. James and Becks are an absolute pleasure to deal with and have gone above and beyond to get me and my bikes in the right shape. I'll be returning here for all my bike bits and would highly recommend cycling position to anyone who needs a top tier bike fit, service or advice on cycling.
