The Electric Bike Shop

Had an issue with my 4th Gen Bosch Motor. Another very well know Bike shop in Bristol failed to sort. Walked in the shop met by Rich who instantly offered to help. Plugged it in, diagnosed the issues, had a laugh at the same time. Bike updated , Fault cleared! One VERY happy Customer Thankyou

Since the change in staff within the building, Richard and his team have helped me on multiple occasions and each have been an outstanding care in customer care. I wanted to thank Faegen and Rob for all their help with my recent electric bike purchase. They took the time to let me try different e-bikes, listened to what I needed, gave me impartial advice and there was no hard sales pitch. I ended up buying the Raleigh Centros and it is a fantastic e-bike. Loving biking around Bristol! Great customer service from really knowledgeable staff and really good terms - appreciated the free month's insurance too. I trust they'll be there to help out when I need it. Highly recommend getting an e-bike from here.

Really helpful service, I have popped in several times recently with questions about my bike and they have taken the time to look at it and propose what needs doing. I booked a time to bring my bike back and they fixed it while I had a coffee nearby. They also showed me how to make adjustments myself to save me coming in every time.
