Booked two bikes a month in advance but they weren't even open on the day we came to collect them. No response by mail not telephone... Edit in response to the owner's answer: Nonsens, I sent give mails with the invoice request, all ignored and tried to call several times. In retrospect very glad not to have wired any money, would definitely be lost. Though it is a relief that the owner is still alive.

Very flexible and responsive! The gravel bike didnt have any problems on the roughest terrains.

Great service from Webb's, we hired two road bikes for the Bristol Sprint Tri and Hayley was incredibly helpful and ensured we had the right bikes, along with spending time explaining how best to use them as we're complete novices in regards to riding a road bike!! Their road bikes were perfect for the day and we would use them again if needed, can't recommend them enough! Thank you

Lovely staff, answered all my questions on the phone without making me sound like an amateur. Serviced my bike quickly and fixed my gears to make it cheaper rather than making me buy new products. Also did all this despite storm Eunice playing havoc!! Would recommend!

Would highly recommend!! Thanks so much to Webbs for the full service on my bike that's been sat in the garage for far too long! Ready now to get back out on the road...thanks again to the guys at Webbs!
