Brilliant service all round, Leon Hall and Rod Matthews were very informative and helpful throughout. They assisted in arranging for the alloys from the show room vehicle to be swapped with the new car as I much preferred those alloys. I realise that this was a request above and beyond however they accommodated my request no questions asked. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and cannot wait to rack up the miles. Just been quoted 1300+ for repair to convertible, "temporary repair by top technician" lasted 5 minutes. Last service they didn't fit oil filter properly so blowing oil for over a month. Steering seized up on holiday and new clutch with fly wheel at 50K miles. Repairs have cost thousands. Never ever buy a car from these people, even the tyres were mishmash of old unsuitable types. Have had holidays ruined by car letting us down Also had MoT and service cancelled at short notice requiring me to rebook holidays.

I rang Bristol Audi last Tuesday with an enquiry and just a week later collected my new car. I dealt with James Mayo who was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. James rang me with all the updates I needed and even gave me a courtesy call the day after I collect the car to check everything was going well. The whole process was faultless and I really cannot recommend James enough. Thanks again!

Today we picked up a new Audi from Bristol Audi which is the 3rd time for us. We love the brand and also love the service that Bristol Audi provides. We would never buy from anywhere else. Thank you Riaz for the flowers and for finding us the perfect car to fit our needs.
