Being completely new to the self-build world, Josh began by giving us a more realistic timeframe for the build and the stages required. From that point on he gathered our ideas for an eco house, translated then into a design we couldnt have conceived ourselves and worked with us to develop and refine the design towards achieving our dream house and passivhaus accreditation. Always professional and quick to respond, he has guided us each step of the way through the process and negotiated on our behalf at crucial moments. It has been a pleasure working with him and has shown a real enthusiasm for our project, providing creative design solutions and good advice at all times. Josh designed a garden studio office for us at the rear of our Redland terraced house adjacent to an existing garage. He was very responsive to our specific design needs; to create a working space that was functional, warm and aesthetic. Through several careful iterations Josh produced a stunning design that fully met the brief, to create a fabulous studio. The light, warmth, ventilation and utility of the space are exceptional. We would certainly enlist his services again for any future design and build project.

Each day I bless Josh Woods for the house he has designed for me. It wraps me round like a friend giving me ease of living and visual delights. He has fathomed my way of living, my likes and dislikes. Josh has given me a functional, beautiful and interesting house the envy of all who see it.
