    Service constantly intermittent. Told on moving address that we would have to sign up for another 24 Month Contract if we wanted to move the service. Do not want to be in another 24 month contract when the internet has been so poor. No loyalty to customers, staff expressing confusion at terms of the contract. Member of staff just hung up on me whilst discussing contract cancellation

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely terrible service not to mention the customer service team they are horrific! Their attitudes stink like little street children with no respect. Would never ever ever recommend to anybody

    Trying to shutdown my review on trustpilot... This company is not helpful in anyway and tries to take money every week from my card, which I've had to block now. The actual Internet is terrible, probably feeding off another supplier.. This is a desperate broadband if u can't get one, I've been with them about 4 years now, and when it comes to struggling to pay they are not interested
