We received an absolutely invaluable service from Brendon throughout over a year of house hunting. We were first-time buyers trying to navigate a very steep learning curve during a time when interest rates and mortgages were so unstable it was looking like we might not be able to manage it. He was incredibly patient, guiding us through the process, and recommending brilliant third parties for our home buyer's report, solicitors and the like. He saved us from making rookie errors and also a whole bunch of money by thinking to reserve us a mortgage product before the interest rates made everything impossible. If it weren't for Brendon we wouldn't have had a hope at all. He was always at the end of the phone and never made us feel daft, even after our sale was completed. Impecable service from Jonathan from beginning to end, which took no time at all. Jonathan handled the whole process so apart from supplying supporting documentation, everything else was done. Brilliant!

Jonathan at Brighton & Hove Financial Consultants couldnt have been any better! We were running out of options after our offer was accepted on our dream place, only to be told our AIP wasnt valid and after several calls with other brokers and multiple applications wed run out of options. He gave us clear information, what to do, when to do it, we followed his advice and he got us our mortgage when everyone else kept saying no! I owe this guy a beer, he was fantastic!
