I never known a VERY slow service and poor communication, if you have something you order or repair from Edwards & Hope electrical shop in Brighton. Is the worse shop for customer communication services. Never follow up they always waiting for you to call them to find out what happened to your item or with your order and they quite rude too when you try to enquiry about it. Lacking of good manners never apologise or say sorry when you call them. I am not recommended this shop to anyone.

Excellent, staff helpful and knowledge. Ordered some bulbs and for us and changing plugs before sending on to us.

So sad Edwards & Hope Are Closing Down. My Good Friend Wendy Came To Suprise Me Today With A Gorgeous Present From Your Shop. I'm not keen on bright lights but it looks beautiful in my bedroom & I may also use it in my Brass Electric Oil Conversion lamp. It's vintage. Wishing you all well in 2022 and thank you

They had exactly what I was looking for, I was spoilt for choice, the lady even cut my rope and wired it up with me so I could put the bulb in and plug it in. It looks lovely in my larder, thank you for your help!

Amazing customer service! When I ended up needing my light fittings urgently due to a mix up with my electrician coming to fix them, a lady from the shop made up what I needed straight away (even though the lead time was 1-2 weeks due to how busy they were) and she personally delivered them to my home. Amazing service, and such a kind person to help things all work out well!
